We are pleased to introduce our new luxury themed masterclass weekends in partnership with Norfolk Pheasant.

The first of these ‘Perfect Christmas Planning‘ will be held on Friday 29th November until Sunday 1st December. With Christmas just around the corner indulge yourself and learn new skills to wow friends and family over the coming festive season.

Chocolate and canapé master classes will be delivered by the former Royal Pastry Chef, Kathryn Cuthbertson MVO. You will be in safe hands making eye catching high quality chocolate pralines, hand rolled truffles and a selection of perfect party canapés.

During Kathryn’s 12 years working for The Royal Family highlights include creating and executing menus for state occasions, Royal Weddings and of course the Royal Family Christmas celebrations at Sandringham.
